30 Day Return & Refund Policy

How to Return Products

If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, you may contact us at hello@coconutandcompany.com to find out how to send products back to our nearest warehouse.

Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.


Change of Mind

You can return our products by contacting our support team at hello@coconutandcompany.com providing the reason for return and your order confirmation number. Our support team may provide additional instructions for returning the product. You must ship the product back to us within 30 days of when you received them. Please see the “How to return Products” section for return instructions. Once we have received the returned product and the return is approved, we will issue a refund in the method and amount you had originally paid for the product(s) (excluding any shipping costs, which are not refundable).

Shipping Damaged or Incorrect Products

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide details of the issue, (including photos) within 30 days of receiving the items. Our support team will determine the best resolution on a case by case basis, and provide a resolution accordingly. Please email the support team at hello@coconutandcompany.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line in order for us to be able to process your request promptly.

Missing Items

We understand receiving complete order is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Please contact our support team within 14 days so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
